"This was my first home buying experience. Of course I had many questions and concerns. For this reason and other reasons, I wanted to take the house buying process slow, one step at a time, and not be pushed through the process. Samantha understood my concerns. I have dealt with other realtors throughout the years and for various reasons, I didn't call them back. I would call Samantha back when or if I am in the market to sell or buy a house again. "Samantha was the realtor we used in 2017 to help us find a new home. Wasn't exactly sure what we wanted but, for me, I didn't want the cookie-cutter homes that you see so many of. Samantha was incredibly patient and worked with our crazy schedules. The house we are in now, she showed it to us 4 different times. I was on board the first time I saw it but my husband needed a little more convincing! He's more methodical with these decisions. Mine was pure emotion. Samantha worked with such enthusiasm , energy and patience! We have now been in our 'heart and soul' home for 7 months and we are so in love with it. I would recommend Samantha to anyone looking to find their heart and soul home! She is a gem!"

"This woman is AWESOME!My fiancé and I were in the market to buy a home and when we started the process, we had a few homes in mind already so Samantha had made arrangements to see each one, they all had there perks; a dishwasher; a laundry room; CH/A. Some in Abilene, a couple out of town. She must have showed us more towards 30 different homes but unfortunately each one had problems and we were getting kind of discouraged but she kept telling us not to give up.....We DIDN'T....Then as we were in her office one day, this email pops up about a house out of town.BEAUTIFUL 3bd 1 ba, CH/A.It was one of those that needs advanced notice to be able to go see it. Samantha had submitted our offer and it WAS ACCEPTED WITHIN the requested advanced notice time that the sellers were wanting to SEE the house.....BUT Samantha was able to get us out there in 30 minutes! She is great at what she does and she is so nice. If we could buy another house, we would DEFINITELY call Samantha Severa because she CAN AND WILL GET YOU A HOME!THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH SAMANTHA for helping us in OUR PURRRFECT (LOL) home that has everything that we could want in a home."

"We were an out of state purchaser so more work was required. Samantha was extremely responsive and went well beyond the normal process to help us. She also contacted the owner of property that abutted our property and told him that we were interested in purchasing that property. This property was not listed so she had to locate the owner through county records. A couple of months after arriving in the state, we contacted the owner to see if he would be interested in selling and Samantha did the paperwork for the sale. We were so happy with her, so when our mother decided to move to the state also, we used her as the agent too."
